Informational presentations on Azerbaijan’s investment opportunities were held in Izmir, organized by the Trade Representation of Azerbaijan in Türkiye.
An informational event on investment opportunities in Azerbaijan took place in Izmir, Türkiye, jointly organized by the Trade Representation of Azerbaijan in Türkiye and the Izmir Azerbaijan Association (IZAZDER). The event was attended by IZAZDER members and business representatives from Izmir. Speeches were delivered by Azerbaijan’s Trade Representative in Türkiye, Tamerlan Taghiyev, Chairman of the IZAZDER Board, Parviz Altay, and Chairman of the IZAZDER Türkiye–Azerbaijan Development Committee, Tamer Ozturk. They highlighted investment opportunities in Azerbaijan and emphasized the importance of further strengthening business relations between the two countries.
Presentations were delivered on Azerbaijan’s business and investment environment, participants’ questions were addressed, and discussions were held on the topic.
As part of the visit to Izmir, participants also visited the production facility of “Heber Muhendislik.” During the meeting with the company’s management, information was provided on the business environment in Azerbaijan and the incentives applied in this field, and potential areas of cooperation were discussed.
Within the framework of the visit, Azerbaijan’s investment environment was also presented at a meeting of the Association of Consular Corps Members. Deputy Chairman of the Association, Ahmet Fahri Yigitbasi, and Rector of Yasar University, Professor Levent Kandiller, emphasized in their speeches the importance of joint efforts to further strengthen economic and trade cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye. A presentation on investment opportunities in Azerbaijan was delivered, and participants’ questions were answered.
