Registration of grant agreements (decisions)
According to paragraph 1.3 of the “Rules for Registration of Grant Agreements (Decisions)” approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 5, 2015, the registration of grant agreements (decisions) concerning commercial entities and public legal entities is carried out by the Ministry of Economy. In this regard, a corresponding electronic service has been established on the Electronic Services Portal (e-services.economy.gov.az). Through this service, users can apply to the Ministry of Economy for the registration of grant agreements (decisions).
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Grants,” 110 grant agreements were registered by the Ministry of Economy in 2025 (including 1 sub-grant agreement and amendments to 2 agreements).
