Pursuant to Paragraph 1.3 of the Rules on the Registration of Grant Agreements (Decisions), approved by Resolution No. 216 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 5 June 2015, the registration of grant agreements (decisions) involving commercial entities and public legal entities is carried out by the Ministry of Economy. For this purpose, a dedicated electronic service has been established on the Electronic Services Portal (e-services.economy.gov.az). Through this service, users can submit applications to the Ministry of Economy for the registration of grant agreements (decisions).
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Grants, the Ministry of Economy registered five grant agreements (decisions) during the period January–March 2026, including one amendment to a grant agreement.
