Up to 289,000 appeals received by Call Center in january–june 2025

In the first half of the current year, the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy received 288,562 inquiries.

From January to June 2025, the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy received a total of 288,562 inquiries, of which 255,214 were handled in live mode, while the remaining were processed through the voice menu service.

The inquiries mainly covered topics such as entrepreneurial activity, the issuance of licenses, tax payments, the rights and obligations of taxpayers, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other issues related to the powers and areas of activity of the Ministry of Economy.

The majority of the inquiries received were responded to, and appropriate measures were taken by the relevant departments of the Ministry for those requiring further investigation.

The 195-1 Call Center was established to facilitate citizens’ access to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions, and to enhance citizen satisfaction. It is possible to call the center directly from any region of the country using a landline phone. The services provided are free of charge.
