Over 145,000 inquiries received by the 195-1 Call Center in January–March

A total of 145,137 inquiries were received by the Ministry of Economy's Call Center in the first quarter of the current year.

In the period from January to March 2025, the Ministry of Economy's 195-1 Call Center provided a total of 145,137 services, with 127,551 of them conducted in live mode and the remaining services provided through the voice menu service.

The requests primarily covered topics such as business activities, licensing, tax payments, the rights and obligations of tax payers, the state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, and other issues related to the powers and areas of activity of the Ministry of Economy.

The requests received by the Call Center were responded to promptly, and for those that required further investigation, the relevant departments of the Ministry took appropriate actions, providing the requestors with information on the outcomes.

It should be noted that the 195-1 Call Center, established to facilitate citizens' requests to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions, as well as to increase citizen satisfaction, allows direct calls from any region of the country via landline. The services provided by the Center are completely free of charge.
