In February 2025, the Ministry of Economy's 195-1 Call Center received a total of 47,861 inquiries, of which 43,240 were handled in live mode, while the remaining inquiries were processed through the voice menu service.
The appeals mainly covered issues related to entrepreneurial activities, the issuance of licenses, tax payments, the rights and obligations of taxpayers, the state registration of real estate, the privatization of state property, as well as other matters within the powers and areas of activity of the Ministry of Economy.
The majority of the received appeals have been responded to, and appropriate measures are being taken by the relevant structures of the Ministry regarding appeals that require investigation.
To facilitate citizens' inquiries to the Ministry of Economy and its affiliated institutions and to enhance public satisfaction, the 195-1 Call Center has been established. Citizens can make direct calls from any region of the country using a landline phone. The services provided are free of charge.
