195-1 Call Center received up to 40,000 requests in March

There were a total of 39,889 applications to the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy during the month of March 2024.

There were 39,889 requests to the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy, 34,380 in live mode, and the rest through the voice menu service during the month of March 2024,.

The petitions mainly covered consumer rights, entrepreneurship, issuing licenses, paying taxes, taxpayer's rights and duties, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other issues related to the powers and activities of the Ministry of Economy. Requests received at the Call Center were answered promptly.

It should be noted that the 195-1 Call Center, established in order to further facilitate citizens' appeals to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and increase citizen satisfaction, can be directly called from any region of the country by landline phone. The services provided by the Call Center are free of charge.
