The bank operates on behalf of the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development. Headquarters are located in Frankfurt, Germany. KfW Bank operates in more than 100 countries worldwide; · Stefan Wintels has served as the board chairman since 2021; · The Bank mainly operates in the areas of socio-economic infrastructure (energy supply, transport, and telecommunications), agriculture and resource protection, as well as providing credit to small and medium enterprises. |
