Board of Appeals of the Ministry of Economy

 

The Board of Appeals of the Ministry of Economy is a collegial body that operates on a public (free of charge) basis and reviews complaints against the decisions of, and about other actions or inactions of the structure of the Ministry, subordinate bodies not included in the structure of the Ministry, including the decisions of legal entities in which the Ministry is the founder and in which maintenance or management of shares is entrusted to the Ministry, related to the entrepreneurial activity of individuals and legal entities engaged in entrepreneurial activity, as well as complaints of candidates against the results of interviews for civil service in the structure of the Ministry.

The Board of Appeals shall be guided by the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Administrative Proceedings", other laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, acts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, other normative legal acts and these Regulations.

The Board of Appeals shall build its activities on the principles of legality, transparency, collegiality and impartiality.
