195-2 Call Center received about 19,000 calls within 9 months of this year
In January-October this year, the 195-2 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy received 18729 calls. The calls mainly covered the issues such as consumer rights, entrepreneurial activity, investment promotion, licensing, issuance of soft loans and other issues related to the line of activities of the Ministry.
The calls received at the Call Center were answered promptly, accompanied by appropriate measures taken by the relevant structures of the Ministry on appeals requiring investigation, and the applicants were given a response.
Note that the Call Center 195-2 can be contacted directly using landline and mobile phones. Calls from landlines and all services provided by the 195-2 Call Center are free of charge.
